I have been speaking with voters already and I am humbled by the support and strong foundation that has been laid for my candidacy.  I look forward to speaking with the community during the upcoming campaign to explain how my experience in police leadership and my skills in governance as a commissioner have uniquely prepared me to be the next Sheriff of Floyd County.  The people of Floyd County have supported me before and I hope they will do so again, because I am a proven leader with experience who is dedicated to serving our community.  We will work together to keep Floyd County safe so we can raise our families, attend our great schools and work together to solve the tough issues facing our community.
